3. Shipping Restrictions and Compliance
Due to the highly regulated nature of our products, the following shipping rules apply:
- We DO NOT ship to: CA, CT, DC, IL, MA, NJ, NY, WA

Ground Shipping Only: All ammunition must ship via ground transportation (UPS or FedEx Ground). Air shipping is not available.

Prohibited Jurisdictions: We do not ship to jurisdictions where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of your purchase in your specific city and state.

Adult Signature: We reserve the right to require an adult signature upon delivery.

No PO Boxes: We cannot ship ammunition to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Product Pricing and Accuracy

Ammunition Sales: For safety and liability reasons, ALL SALES OF AMMUNITION ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns on ammunition once it has left our facility.

Other Items: For non-ammunition items (gear, accessories), returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original, unopened packaging. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization.
6. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Dansammo.net pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
